It's Evergreen Ensemble's first Christmas concert! We are thrilled to make our first contribution to one of choral music's most beloved seasons. Come hear iconic choral Christmas classics from composers like Morten Lauridsen, Norman Luboff, and John Gardner, as well as newer works from Ola Gjeilo, Sarah Quartel, Jessica French, and many more! Join us, and help us create a new holiday tradition for our region.

A celebratory convocation and kick off of the Seattle Bach Festival with all the bells and whistles: a full baroque orchestra with trumpets, timpani and winds. Cantata 29 was written for the “Ratswechsel” in Leipzig, a lavish ceremony celebrating the inauguration of the new Leipzig Town Council and a fitting and joyful start for our Seattle Bach Festival. Evergreen Ensemble serves as the festival chorus.

Embrace humanity and expand your mind as you explore the three pieces in our final production of the season.
Twyla Tharp’s American masterpiece Nine Sinatra Songs is still sharp 40 years after its premiere. In it, Tharp effortlessly floats between dance genres, set to the familiar strains of Frank Sinatra hits. Two pieces from innovative choreographers Rena Butler and PNB’s own Kiyon Ross round out the program, and promise to connect us with our inner desires while allowing us to touch the stars.
